Order Cancellation Policy

I. Applicable Conditions

After payment, users may submit a cancellation request within 72 hours, provided that the order has not yet entered the delivery process.

Once the order enters the logistics processing stage, it is considered shipped, and cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

II. Non-Cancellable Situations

Orders that have been processed and handed over to the carrier for shipment.

Delivery failure or delay caused by incomplete or incorrect address or contact information cannot be used as a reason for cancellation, and the related responsibility shall be borne by the buyer.

III. Handling After Shipment

Once the order has been shipped, users may apply for a return in accordance with the Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy:

Users may apply for a return within 14 working days after receiving the goods.

After the return is confirmed, refunds are usually initiated within 1 to 3 working days; depending on the bank’s processing time, funds are generally credited within 10 to 15 working days.

Refunds will be returned via the original payment method (Visa or Mastercard).

V. Review and Refund

After receiving complete information, the request will usually be reviewed within 1 to 3 working days, and the review result will be notified by email.

Eligible requests will be submitted to the bank for refund processing within 1 to 3 working days.

The actual refund arrival time is usually 10 to 15 working days, depending on the bank’s processing procedures.

If the refund time exceeds expectations, users may provide the order number and proof of payment for tracking.
