Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
I. Return and Exchange Timeframe
Users may submit a return or exchange request within 14 working days from the date of receiving the goods.
All requests must be confirmed by customer service first. Items sent back without confirmation may experience extended processing times.
Requests submitted after the above period will not be processed.
II. Application Process
When submitting a request, users must provide the following information to customer service:
- Order number
- Proof of payment
- Reason for return or exchange
- Necessary images or video materials

After receiving complete information, customer service usually responds within 3 working days and provides instructions for the next steps.
Once approved, a prepaid return label (PDF) and corresponding shipping instructions will be sent.
Return shipping costs will be covered by the platform.
III. Refund and Exchange Processing
Once the request is approved, a prepaid return label and instructions will be provided.
Items must be properly packaged, and the printed return label affixed to the outside of the package.
The return label is valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue and must be handed over to the designated carrier within this period.
Exchange Processing: Returned items will be inspected, and once confirmed, replacement items will be shipped with tracking information provided.
Refund Processing: After the returned items are checked and approved, refunds are usually processed within 1 to 3 working days. Depending on bank processing times, funds are generally credited to the original payment method within 10 to 15 working days.
IV. Uncontrollable Factors
Delays or damages caused by natural disasters, transport interruptions, or other unforeseeable factors will be handled in consultation with the user based on the actual situation.
V. Data Use and Protection
Personal information provided during the return, refund, or exchange process will only be used for related after-sales handling.
Data processing complies with UK GDPR requirements and necessary security and confidentiality measures are implemented.
Users have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data.
