V. Refund Information
After a return is confirmed, refunds will be processed within 1 to 3 working days.
Depending on bank processing times, refunds usually reach the account within 10 to 15 working days, subject to the actual fund receipt date.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method, such as Visa or Mastercard.
If the refund time exceeds expectations, users may provide the order number and transaction details for tracking.
