Accessing this platform, placing orders, or completing payments indicates that the user has read and understood this policy. If you do not agree with the terms, please refrain from using related functions.
Users must be at least 16 years old, or use the services with the consent of a legal guardian.
Information provided during registration or order placement must be accurate and complete. Users are responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate information.
Account login information must be kept secure, and any risks from improper use are the responsibility of the account holder.
II. Product Information and Pricing
Product pages are intended to clearly present information; slight differences may exist between images and actual products.
The content, quantity, and amount listed on the order confirmation page serve as the transaction reference.
Displayed prices include UK VAT (20%) and related import fees.
Orders are processed via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), with no additional fees at delivery.

III. Orders and Payment Process
After payment, orders enter the processing and shipping preparation stage.
Settlement currency is GBP, supporting Visa and Mastercard payments.
Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant platforms with TLS encryption.
The platform does not store any card information.

IV. Shipping and Delivery Fees
Orders usually enter the shipping process within 1 to 3 working days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is 9 to 15 working days, depending on shipping and customs clearance.
Orders under £150 incur a £8 shipping fee; orders £150 or above enjoy free shipping.
Delivery is handled by DHL, FedEx, or UPS, with tracking information provided.
Additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are the responsibility of the user.

V. Order Cancellation and Refunds
Before shipment, users may submit a cancellation request within 72 hours of payment.
Orders cannot be canceled after shipment; returns can be requested after receipt according to the Return Policy.
Once a return is confirmed, refunds are typically processed within 1 to 3 working days, with actual arrival times depending on bank processing, usually 10 to 15 working days.

VI. Returns and Exchanges
Users may submit a return or exchange request within 14 working days after receiving goods.
Once approved, a prepaid return label (PDF) and instructions will be provided.
Items must be properly packaged, and the return label affixed to the outside.
Return labels are valid for 7 calendar days from issuance and must be delivered to the designated carrier within this period.
After inspection, refunds or exchanges will be arranged accordingly.

VII. Data Protection and Privacy
Only information necessary for order fulfillment and service provision is collected, e.g., name, address, and payment data.
Data transmission uses TLS encryption, and access controls and regular checks reduce risks.
