Shipping Policy

I. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all orders placed on the platform. Delivery services cover the United Kingdom and selected overseas regions. Delivery to other countries or regions is currently not available.

II. Pricing and Delivery Fees

All prices include 20% UK Value Added Tax (VAT) and customs duties and are offered under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model. No additional fees are required at the time of delivery.

Orders below £150 are subject to a £8 delivery fee. Orders of £150 or more qualify for free shipping.

The displayed prices are the final payable amounts, with no hidden charges.

III. Order Processing and Delivery Time

Orders paid before 18:00 will be confirmed on the same day. Orders paid after 18:00 will be confirmed on the next working day.

Under normal circumstances, orders will be dispatched within 3 working days after payment confirmation.

The estimated delivery time is 9 to 15 working days, depending on customs clearance, weather conditions, and transportation status.

After dispatch, users will receive an email notification containing tracking information and logistics updates.

IV. Delivery Carriers

Delivery services are handled by DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Online tracking services are available throughout the delivery process.

V. Receipt and Issue Handling

Upon receipt, please check the condition of the packaging. If any damage or abnormalities are found, please take photos as evidence and note them at the time of signing.

The same inspection requirements apply if the goods are received by a third party on your behalf.

In case of damage, missing items, delays, or incorrect delivery, please contact our customer service within 48 hours. After verification, we will arrange a return or refund in accordance with the relevant policies.

Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address information shall be borne by the user.

VI. Address Modification and Cancellation

Users may request an address modification or order cancellation with a refund within 72 hours before dispatch.

Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Users may submit a return request in accordance with the return policy.

VII. Returns

Users may apply for a return within 14 working days after receiving the goods. For detailed return terms, please refer to the Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy.

VIII. Data Protection

Only necessary information required for delivery (such as name, address, and contact details) is collected.

Data processing complies with UK GDPR regulations. All data is protected by TLS encryption and secured through access control and other security measures.
